How to Request an Exchange
Submit Your Request: Contact us within7 working days of receiving your order by email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Be sure to include the reason(s) for the exchange request.
Condition of the Item: The item(s) you wish to exchange must meet the following conditions:
Thetag card must still be attached.
The product should be innew, unworn condition with no odors, stains, or signs of washing.
3. Approval Process:Scrubs on Call reserves the right to approve or deny any exchange request at our discretion.
Exchange Guidelines
Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges both when returning the item and receiving the exchanged item.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized Orders: Items that have been customized (size modifications or name embroidery) cannot be exchanged.
International Orders: Our exchange policy doesnot apply to international orders.
Exchanges Only: We do not offer returns for refunds. Exchanges will only be processed under the conditions mentioned above.
Delivery Time
Basic Scrubs and Embroidered Articles:12-15 working days.
Other Products: 3-5 working days.
