Return Guidelines

  • No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns on any orders. However, if you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect, we are happy to offer an exchange based on the conditions outlined in ourExchange Policy.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us within7 working days of receiving the product to qualify for an exchange. If the request is valid, we will process the exchange.
  • Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for the delivery charges both when returning the item and receiving the exchanged item.

Important Notes:

  • Customized Orders: Orders that have been customized (e.g., size modifications or name embroidery)are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • International Orders: Our return and exchange policiesdo not apply to international orders.

Delivery Time

  • Basic Scrubs and Embroidered Articles: 12-15 working days.
  • Other Products: 3-5 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Post-Processing Cancellations: Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are generallynot accepted. Additionally, cancelling after processing may result in future orders being declined.
